E.J. Jaxtimer, Builder, Inc., is a well-respected and growing residential building, landscape and millwork firm specializing in high-end residential projects. \"We take pride in our work\". We have an exciting full-time opportunity available. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. The Property Manager will manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties and will be instrumental in increasing services and expanding the \"Jaxtimer Property Management\" brand. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a positive attitude and an energetic personality who can proactively communicate with property owners to provide ongoing updates and recommendations. A minimum of 2 years residential property management and hands on construction experience is required. The successful candidate will be able to perform management and concierge services in a high-quality manner with a sense of urgency. Clients and properties must be treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. What we are looking for / responsibilities: Highly motivated self-starter Strong written/verbal skills - strong computer skills Highly developed organizational and time management skills Proactive and knows how to be creative to find solutions to problems Can conduct property walk-throughs, ensuring properties look their best Communicating with property owners on issues and concerns for repairs The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines Comfortable doing any task, big or small, to get the job done Ability to troubleshoot property issues and manage appropriate vendors or staff to resolve issues Perform periodic property inspections Coordinate concierge services General carpentry knowledge All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for this position and compensation will be based on experience.
