Assistant Program Coordinator -- Hyannis, Barnstable, Orleans: Your professional growth is important to us! The NEEDS Center is providing an online Master\'s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from William James College TUITION FREE for all of our eligible full-time employees. We are also offering dedicated Management Training and a \$3,250 sign-on bonus to hired Full Time candidates. Hourly rate is \$22 - \$24 an hour. The NEEDS Center has two openings for 2 Full Time Assistant Program Coordinators in our Orleans, MA residential programs. The Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include: Works cooperatively with the Program Coordinator and other supervisory personnel in training staff. Coordination and supervision of daily operations of the program. Monitors and participates in the day-to-day implementation of clinical programs as well as ISP development. Serves as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice. Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. Qualifications preferred: Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience working in a residential program environment. Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
