Berkshire Meadows Residential Counselor (11pm-7am) in Housatonic, Massachusetts
Program Description: Berkshire Meadows is a residential facility for children and adults with severe intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs. Job Description: This job requires you to provide support and direct care assistance to individuals with severe and profound developmental delays. Applicant must be willing to establish clear professional boundaries, work as a team member and consistently implement all policies and procedures, rules and regulations of JRI. \$21.08 Starting rate plus shift differentials Full and Part time postions: Shift: 11 pm - 7 am (2 consecutive days off) Holiday and weekend shifts are required Fulltime position receives: Sign-on Bonus: \$2,000 (\$1000 will be paid after 4 weeks of employment and another \$1000 will be paid after 6 months.)
