Learn more about us at: Job Overview This role will assist our installation and service managers in the day to day operation of our installation team to ensure we deliver the best possible communication and service to our clients. Responsibilities: * Act as the key point of contact between our clients, design and install teams communicating all job details and requests as necessary. * Assist with daily requests from the job site(s) providing key support to our install staff. * Receive our service and warranty requests and follow through from scheduling to completion. * Managing our van fleet, including overall maintenance, repairs, and tracking. * Work directly with install manager on executing the daily install schedule and communication to install and warehouse teams. * Manage our installation travel by making sure accommodations and transportation are booked appropriately and timely. * Miscellaneous administrative and reporting tasks as needed per install/service manager and GM.
