California Closets Client Liaison in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

Job Title:             Client Liaison Reports to:         Office Supervisor Status:                  Full-Time, Non-Exempt   Job Purpose Our client liaison will serve as a point person for all client, employee, and partner communications. Whether through phone, email, text, or client facing, we strive for the highest level of communication and service possible. Assist all departments in delivering the best possible experience to our clients and collaborating for best possible outcome. Responsibilities:  * Receive incoming phone calls and emails and direct appropriately. * Manage and schedule incoming design consultation requests through phone and web * Manage confirmations of all design consultations and installation appointment confirmations. * Serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our office/showroom * Assist in project management * Answer client inquiries and deliver general product knowledge * Achieve team metric goals for consultation scheduling * Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly team meetings and/or training as needed * Support other internal teams with administrative tasks and reporting as needed Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with clients. * Self-motivated; able to work independently. * Must have a customer centric motivation * 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a like brand * Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. * Ability to multi-task at a high level with strong detail * Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms a plus * Call center experience is a plus * Calendar management/regional scheduling a plus Perks: * Competitive Compensation * Paid vacation time * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401k + company match * Industry-leading technology and support * Supportive working environment and company culture
