Eliot's Wraparound Division is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician for their Survivor Services/Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Program. Survivor Services provides services to individuals, families, and the community to promote recognition of, understanding of, and recovery from the impact of traumatic victimization. The Survivor Services/VOCA Clinician will provide support to youth survivors and their families through outreach, case management, groups, and individual therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience providing evidence-based trauma treatment (TF-CBT, ARC) and treatment standards, and familiarity with the role of DCF, courts, District Attorney Offices, victim advocates and Child Advocacy Centers.
Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Provide services to youth survivors and families that meet criteria as outlined by contract specification.
Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility for services and treatment track.
Develop strength-based and individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and clear timelines.
Support youth survivors and their families with referrals to appropriate services and Victim’s Compensation.
Provide specialized individual, group, and family psycho-education support for youth and non-offending caregivers and family members.
Be flexible with work schedule and location of service provision to accommodate the needs of families.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/ week. Hybrid schedule with flexibility.
Salary: $60,000 for MA or LCSW; $65,000 for licensed LMHC, LMFT, LICSW.
Bonus Breakdown:
$2,500 after 1 month of employment
$2,500 after 6 months of employment
