Therapeutic Mentor Supervisor Job Category: Operations -Community Service Requisition Number: THERA002075 Full-Time Holyoke, MA 01040, USA Job Details Description Therapeutic Mentor Supervisor Work Location: Holyoke * Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply * EOE M/F/D/V Job Summary: The Licensed Therapeutic Mentor Supervisor provides weekly individual supervision and training to Therapeutic Mentors who work one-to-one with children and youth supporting and coaching them in age appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, problem solving and conflict resolution, and relating appropriately to other children and adolescents, as well as adults, in recreational and social activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual supervision to Therapeutic Mentors once a week. Provide training to new staff when hired and to current staff as needed. Ensure staff follows the program\'s policies, procedures, and job expectations. Review staff\'s documentation and clients\' files. Evaluate staff\'s job performance annually. Ensure quality service is provided to all families served by staff. Assign cases to staff according to the clients\' needs, waitlist, and staff\'s caseloads. Minimum Requirements: Master\'s level licensed or licensed eligible clinician or social worker with specialized training in child/adolescent issues, child-serving agencies, mental health, family-centered treatment, strengths-based interventions, and wraparound planning process. License required: LCSW, LICSW, LADC 1, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or license eligible. Experience and competency working with diverse families and cultures. Ability to work with the target population and community agencies. Current valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
