Program Manager Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: PROGR005478 Full-Time Caring Together Residential Program Holyoke, MA 01040, USA Job Details Description The Program Manager is an exempt, salaried professional who actively supports and implements the philosophical, clinical, and programmatic goals of the Agency. They provide administrative oversight in their assigned residential/community-based program to ensure that the services are always of the highest quality. They will provide a structure that is designed to build on the client\'s strengths to help them gain the skills required to live in the community and be successful citizens. They supervise the direct care staff and provide a supportive and learning environment to the members of the direct care staff. They work within the agency\'s team model, establishing open communication, support and accountability among co-workers. They are responsible for the overall functioning of the program in order to meet the needs of the youth and their families. Due to the nature of this position, extended hours, weekend hours, and holiday hours are possible. They are directly accountable to the Assistant Director/Director of Residential Services. Qualifications Skills Preferred Medication Admin, Current - Novice CPR Certif, Current - Novice Behaviors Preferred Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Education Preferred Bachelors or better.
