V Care Medical Program Director in Holyoke, Massachusetts
Accountable to Owner, VCARE Holyoke Adult Day Health Center Qualifications: General - At least twenty one years of age; certified by a licensed physician within 45 days of employment to be in good health including being free from communicable diseases, including tuberculosis, according to acceptable screening methods of the Centers for Disease Control. Education / Profession / Experience - Baccalaureate degree and 2 years of managerial experience in a licensed health care facility. Responsibilities of the Program Director: The Program Director is responsible for administering and supervising all aspects of VCARE Holyoke Adult Day Health Center including planning, staffing, directing and implementing the program. The general responsibilities of the program director include: 1. Directing and supervising all aspects of the adult day health care program; 2. Personnel management; 3. Supervision and evaluation of all staff; 4. Coordination of all service commencements; 5. Overseeing ADH program safety and emergency evacuation plans; 6. Development and implementation of the ADH provider?s marketing plan; 7. Fiscal administration of the ADH program; 8. Coordination of transportation service; 9. Establishing collaborative relationships to ensure that necessary support services are available to members and their families.
