MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will perform various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is crucial in maintaining our operations\' overall efficiency and safety. Responsibilities - Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities - Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or installations - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules Experience The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience in a maintenance role. - Strong knowledge of various maintenance disciplines such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry - Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively - Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills - Basic understanding of English and Spanich language for effective communication If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
