MAIHE EDUCATIONAL COACH - OSDDS The MAIHE Educational Coach reports to the Director of the Office for Students with Disabilities and Deaf Services and works collaboratively with MAIHE Program Coordinators to foster access, success, and retention of students with intellectual disabilities and autism enrolled in the Massachusetts Inclusive Higher Ed Program (MAIHE). The MAIHE Program at Holyoke Community College is a fully inclusive postsecondary program for young adults 18 or older with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The Education Coach provides support to students that reflects each students\' individual needs, goals, and interests, and maximizes academic, vocational, and social opportunities. As part of the Office for Students with Disabilities & Deaf Services (OSDDS), the MAIHE Education Coach plays an integral role in the advancement of equity, inclusion, and feelings of belonging for students with disabilities at HCC.
