ManpowerGroup Loan Compliance Analyst in Holyoke, Massachusetts
Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Loan Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Loan Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Consumer Lending department supporting the Production and Servicing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of consumer lending products and services. Additionally, the candidate should have a working knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and be able to explain complicated loan policies and terms in a clear and understandable way.
Job Title: Loan Compliance Analyst
Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts
What's the Job?
Collect and validate HMDA reporting information in the origination system
Conduct accuracy validation and annual submission of the HMDA LAR
Perform pre-funding and post-closing quality control reviews of originated and non-originated loans
Investigate and resolve red flags on loan files for compliant submission
Facilitate internal and external audits and assist with corrective action stemming from exam findings
What's Needed?
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training
Thorough understanding of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and taxonomies related to Mortgage Originations including Regulation Z, ECOA, CRA, HMDA, Agency Requirements i.e. FHA/VA
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
