All Productor Set up Operator Holyoke, MA We are seeking an All-Production Setup Operator on a temp-to-hire basis for a well-established company in Holyoke. This role offers competitive pay and benefits upon hire. Responsibilities for the All-Production Setup Operator The All-Production Setup Operator must have completed training to set up and operate equipment for fabrication, production, or assembly. Responsibilities include measuring and inspecting products, using advanced math (including trigonometry), reading technical drawings, and handling production equipment (such as CNC machines and measuring tools). A two-year technical education, apprenticeship, or Journeyman designation is preferred. The All-Production Setup Operator sets up and operates equipment across departments to produce and assemble components. Duties include maintaining quality standards, performing inventory transactions, and assisting new operators. Requirements of the All-Production Setup Operator A two-year technical education, apprenticeship, or Journeyman designation is preferred. Requires sufficient knowledge of all types of production equipment, for example: grinders, and drilling, CNC machines. Physical demands: Capable of handling heavy weights Ability to learn and operate a range of production equipment with minimal instruction.
