Our client, a company offering ecofriendly HVAC solutions, is seeking a Lead Dispatcher to join their team! The Lead Dispatcher will manage customer phone calls and organize service calls such that HVAC Technicians can move efficiently from job to job throughout the day. You will be managing field technicians\' schedules by matching available technicians to jobs based on location and skill level requirements. Responsibilities of the Lead Dispatcher: Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry Maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future business Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures Maintain customer database and complete data entry Provide BEST IN CLASS customer service Skills and Experience of the Lead Dispatcher: 3+ years of experience Dispatching within the trade industry is required 5+ years of experience in Customer Service Experience using Service Titan is a huge plus Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HVAC/R terminology Ability to multi-task and keep organized Demonstrate an attention to detail
