Position Description:

• Technician will be required to read and understand schematic and wiring drawings.

• Verify bill of material, front view, wiring, apply labels to jobs, and record serial numbers.

• Perform dielectric testing, DC/AC testing, and current testing.

• Ground and set up test equipment, and rig down test equipment after testing is complete.

• Compile test documentation and send it out to the appropriate department.

• Technician will be required to upload the SAP docs to the Project Manager.

• Technician will be required to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Prepares all relevant parts and sequence of test programs, according to the defined test plans.

• Completes testing sequences, documents according to defined rules and carries out diagnostic measures in the event of deviations and assess the results

• Supports analyses of test sequences for potential improvements.

• Carries out or initiates the required implementation measures.

• Supports in the systematic further development of the quality assurance system.

• Maintains the testing manual.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of DC/AC Testing

• MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Manufacturing experience.

• Knowledge of SAP

• The pay range for this position is $22-$30 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
