We are looking for a Test Production Supervisor based in our Hingham, MA location.

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will lead the Test team reporting directly to the Focus Factory Manager. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the testing and troubleshooting of all ATS products, Aftermarkets, CD's and Annunciators. This role requires leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, organization, planning, and motivational skills. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Focus Factory Manager and cross-functionally with other departments to adhere to business operation deadlines and customer commitments to achieve delivery reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety is priority for team members on the production floor.

  • Drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality and increase efficiency.

  • Enforce production schedule to meet deadlines and on time delivery.

  • Assist team in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Ensure all test documents are scanned into system in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule alignment.

  • Work closely with Engineering to resolve technical test issues.

  • Support performance measurement and documentation of ATS testing process.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects on shopfloor.

  • Plan, develop, and lead all aspects of on-the-job training for all team members.

  • Lead employee performance

  • Lead all time and attendance tracking and reporting.

  • Champion and environment of teamwork and focus on achieving results within the team and across peer groups.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional experience in a manufacturing and 2+ years in people management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Technology (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to read engineering wiring/mechanical schematics

  • Effective written/verbal communication.

  • Use of MS Office programs including outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5S/Lean Manufacturing

  • SAP Experience

  • Forklift certified (or willing to get certification)

  • The pay range for this position is $79K-107K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
