Who are we looking for?3 years’ experience in Water treatment industry

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Must learn and comply with all safety procedures

T-3 OIT with ability to obtain a T-3 within 6 months of


What will you be doing?Performs after training and probationary period:

A variety of basic operational and maintenance tasks relevant to maintaining safe and reliable operations of water treatment facilities and systems ensuring operational compliance with state and federal regulations.

Routine cleaning and general housekeeping duties in work and plant areas as assigned, including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, painting, cleaning of plant, filter area and other process equipment and areas.

Ability to understand and carry out written and/or verbal work orders and assignments

Ability to perform simple math calculations with the use of a calculator

Basic knowledge of fundamentals of chemistry, math principles and hydraulics required.

Ability to utilize CMMS system to schedule and complete work orders.

Ability to properly collect water quality samples, test and maintain collection records

Actions are controlled by standard work procedures and under direct supervision of others
