Erickson Living Coordinator - Group Trips in Hingham, Massachusetts

We are hiring a Trip Coordinator for our community . The Trip Coordinator is responsible for planning special trips, creating calendars and newsletters for each month's special trips, and reserving vehicles needed for each trip.
How you will make an impact:
Planning and scheduling of trips based on resident's interests.
Making reservations for transportation, lodging, meals, etc.
Escorting residents on overnight and coach trips.
Preparing the monthly newsletter and calendar.
Attending day outings and trips with residents, as well as occasional overnight trips.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $20/hr.
What you will need:
Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper scheduling of trips
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and be willing to learn other application software relating to the job functions.
High School diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
Three to five years in transportation services is preferred.
