Acadia Healthcare IT Technician in Haverhill, Massachusetts
Description
This is an opening for a full-time, Monday - Friday, on-site IT technician in a healthcare environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading non-medical equipment including desktop and laptop workstations, servers and network equipment.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Supporting and training 250 end-users in their use of company systems, applications, and data.
• Monitoring and maintaining a secure environment for proprietary, sensitive, and confidential information.
• Maintaining connectivity between local and remote systems, including cloud-based applications.
• Acting as the liaison between the facility and corporate IT resources.
• Advising facility management on IT-related issues.
• Selection, application, and documentation of best practices for IT in a healthcare environment.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience in information technology.
