Associate Human Resources Business Partner (THIS POSITION IS IN WINDSOR LOCKS, CT) Windsor Locks, CT ID: R-256703 Job Family: Human Resources Job Type: Regular Keep our communities fed. As the Associate Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical support to both the business and the HR Business Partners. Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support to a small department of employees. This includes performance management, leadership coaching and training, employee engagement, employee relations, and progressive coaching. In this position, you will support, engage, and partner with the broader HR organization to support the execution of the strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Shared Services. Job Description You Will Contribute By Implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management Participating in annual talent review process and partnering with leaders to develop individual development plans Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, driving key HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, managing and resolving employee relations issues Preparing for and facilitating new hire orientation Travel Required: No We\'re Searching for Candidates With Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations is a plus Special Skills: Ability to establish credibility and influence front-line leaders; Ability to focus both externally and internally; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work collaboratively across functions; Ability to manage multiple projects; Ability to perform data analytics and develop preliminary insights; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
