Allen Harbor Marine Service in Harwich Port, MA on Cape Cod seeks a working boat detailing supervisor. Minimum of 2 years\' experience detailing boats including shrink-wrapping, washing, compounding/waxing, bottom painting, topsides/interior detailing, etc. Gelcoat/fiberglass repair and on-water boat handling experience helpful but not necessary. Duties include hands-on work, training new employees on detailing procedures and quality control of other employee?s work. Work will be primarily outside during good weather and inside during the off-season. Full-time, year-round with extensive benefits package. Expected hourly rate of \$24-\$28 depending on experience/skill level with year-round overtime.
