A day in the life of this role: Join our team as an HR Manager, & step into the heart of our organization\'s people management & development. Directly supporting the head of Human Resources, you\'ll be a pivotal player in steering the vibrant machinery of our HR department. This role is not just about administration; it\'s about being the go-to person for our employees, ready to assist & solve problems through face-to-face meetings, calls, or emails. Your day-to-day will be dynamic & impactful, encompassing everything from benefits administration & compensation to playing a supportive role in recruiting. You\'ll be the architect of positive employee relations, leading orientations, managing terminations & offboarding processes, & providing invaluable coaching & counseling to management. This is a chance to make a real difference, fostering a workplace culture that\'s as nurturing as it is productive Summary of duties: Step into the role of HR\'s frontline hero for employees within your designated business units, serving as their daily beacon of support & guidance. You\'ll be the bridge between our workforce & the intricate world of HR, providing supervisors with the insights & assistance they need to navigate human resources-related challenges. This role is your opportunity to shine by offering personalized counsel to employees, demystifying our HR programs, policies, & processes with clarity & empathy. You\'ll guide them through the nuances of program provisions, procedures, & eligibility, making paperwork & HR documentation a breeze. Join us, & become an indispensable part of our team\'s success, ensuring every employee feels heard, supported, & empowered. Advise management on resolving employee relations issues. Address employee questions, concerns, & complaints promptly. Manage payroll adjustments, setups, & terminations in Paycom, ensuring accurate & timely communication with the Payroll department. Field inquiries regarding policies, procedures, & programs. Interpret HR policies & procedures, focusing on benefits, & educate employees & managers on compliance & leave of absence policies. Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources & HR team to support C-suite, directors, & all staff on HR-related matters. Oversee multi-tiered employee benefits programs & manage third-party administrator relationships. Coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing & benefits-related financial activities. Analyze HR data, preparing reports & documents as necessary. Manage open enrollment processes, including preparing materials & literature. Plan & execute special projects, conducting surveys & research on HR issues Work environment: Travel to all company sites as required & perform other duties as assigned. Attend staff meetings & adhere to company policies, values, & principles as non-essential functions. Work from home flexibility- Onsite 3 days a week, WFH 2 days *(During training, will be required to be onsite 4 days a week) What we need from you: Five plus years of experience as a human resources professional.
