Rick Roy Construction LLC Lead Estimator in Harwich, Massachusetts
We are looking for experienced full-time Estimator who can work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be a key player in estimating residential and light commercial construction projects. The responsibilities are: Analyzing and comprehending plans, job documents, and engineering. Providing complete and accurate takeoffs. Determining the scope of work for all construction trades and for the client. Assessing labor requirements. Soliciting, qualifying, and negotiating sub-contractor bids. Providing complete estimates in proposal forms. Visiting potential new jobs. Position requires close communication with internal management as well as sub-contractors and clients. To be successful, you will need residential and commercial estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction principles/practices, excellent written and verbal communication, strong mathematical aptitude, and good organizational and computer skills.
