Responsibilities

·Installation of new equipment

·Follow-up technical support

·Phone support

·Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues

·Inhouse reconditioning of older equipment

·Collecting field service data

·Provide maintenance support at customer locations

·Other duties as needed
