GREENFIELD Young Adult Career Counselors MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center is hiring TWO additional Young Adult Career Counselors to join our team! PLEASE SUBMIT A COVER LETTER WITH YOUR RESUME Applications will be accepted until 03/31/25 The Young Adult Career Counselors provide individual and group case management, coaching and program services to FHCC Young Adult customers. Young Adult programs include WIOA Youth and YouthWorks and serve customers age 14 - 25 who have barriers to employment. Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited college preferably in a related field of study. Each year of related experience may be substituted for one year of the educational requirement. At least 3 years of experience in working with young adults on employment, vocational, or educational counseling and assessment. Starting salary is \$24.58-\$24.98/hr., with annual step increases. Excellent benefits and work environment. This position is stationed on a regular basis at the Greenfield office but may require driving to the Orange, Ware or Northampton offices on a regular basis and to other off-site locations on a periodic basis.
