Behavioral Health Network Recovery Specialist Supervisor in Greenfield, Massachusetts

GREENFIELD Recovery Specialist Supervisor Use your passion to provide care and support to people on the road to substance use recovery at BHN! Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Specialist in the Northern Hope Center program at Behavioral Health Network! Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following: Assisting with the administrative operations of the program in adherence to requirements of licensing and funding sources to ensure quality care that incorporates the clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues. Leading & supervising Recovery Specialists, including conducting individual and group supervision, resolving personnel issues, and supporting ongoing staff development. Managing the schedule for Recovery Specialists to ensure adequate coverage in compliance with regulated staffing patterns. Assisting with leading staff meetings with the supervisory team. Assisting in staff selection. Overseeing individuals-served activities and assisting with milieu management along with the clinical team. Providing & assisting staff with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and emergency services as needed. Completing accurate and timely documentation. Participating in the on-call rotation. What are we looking for in a Recovery Specialist Supervisor? High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Bachelor?s Degree (preferred). At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred). Strong critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and email systems. Who are we? This new program at Behavioral Health Network is a 16-bed program in Greenfield, MA for women, providing residential rehabilitation services to individuals struggling with addiction and mental illness.
