GREENFIELD - Recovery Coach Supervisor The RECOVER Project, a program of The Western MA Training Consortium, a well-established peer-to-peer recovery support program with a strong community presence in Franklin County, is seeking a Recovery Coach Supervisor who is excited to be a part of a growing network of Recovery Coach supports and passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. The Recovery Coach Supervisor will provide positive, and solution-based supervision that encompasses administrative support, professional development, and social/emotional wellbeing to the RECOVER Projects Recovery Coach team. The Recovery Coach Supervisors will grow and maintain partnerships with community organizations including Baystate Franklin Emergency Department, Opioid Task Force, and others to develop a fluid support and resource network. The right candidate will have strong collaboration skills, demonstrated leadership ability, a practiced understanding of creating conditions for trauma informed engagement, and an appreciation of diverse cultures. Minimum Qualifications are: Massachusetts Certified Addictions Recovery Coach designation (can be actively working toward but must minimally have Recovery Coach Academy and Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaching) Completion of Recovery Coach Supervisor Training (will assist in obtaining training to right candidate) 2 years of supervisory experience preferably as a Recovery Coach Supervisor 3 years lived experience with substance use recovery Excellent interpersonal, management, and organizational skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Competent in the use of computers including MS Office 365 The RECOVER Project is committed to recruiting, training, and supporting staff who identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Color; bicultural/bilingual Spanish a plus.
