Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers great room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members in a physical role requiring consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

• Assist the operator in checking the quality of the product, monitoring production, and ensuring KPIs are met.

• Work off of a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.

• Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.

• Lay out the final product and perform final assembly.

• Perform inspections on products to ensure quality.

• Use hand tools and work from blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.

• Maintain a clean and organized work station while adhering to safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

• Ability to read a tape measurer.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• One year of machine operating experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Trade school education.

• Automotive experience.

• Assembly experience.

• Blueprint reading skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.
