BRATTLEBORO, VT - TEMPORARY - POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT ROLE FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE - Maintenance Mechanic Our client located in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a temporary Maintenance Mechanic to ensure optimal production capacity! Your qualifications for the Maintenance Mechanic position are as follows: Technical School Diploma or 3+ years equivalent manufacturing experience 1+ years recent/relevant Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Solid computer skills; Email, Navision, Microsoft Office Suite Experience with maintenance management systems Understanding of electrical/pneumatic controls Excellent manual dexterity Ability to read drawings Experience using hand and precision tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with others to meet organizational goals Benefits you will receive as the Maintenance Mechanic: Temporary position Estimated duration 3-6 months Potential for permanent role for the right candidate Full time 2nd shift schedule Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm \$23.50- \$27/hour depending on skills and experience \$2.00/hour shift differential For the Maintenance Mechanic position your duties will include: Install, maintain, and repair production equipment Provide solutions to problems Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Record keeping and reporting Inventory management Place purchase orders for parts and supplies Communicate with vendors Assist production team with technical training Follow company policies Other related projects as needed Are you a skilled mechanic looking to get your foot in the door at an organization with a great company culture?
