GREENFIELD ESP Clinical Supervisor CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to work in our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Emergency Services Program (ESP.) Our Emergency Service Programs (ESPs) offer clients behavioral health assessments, intervention and stabilization (for youth, families and adults,) 24-hour availability, and are a preferred alternative to hospital emergency departments. We provide daily assessment and brief counseling, case management, nursing support and peer support. This position will provide leadership and support for the operations of our emergency psychiatric services. You will provide clinical guidance to program staff, and also provide direct care coverage to our clients on site and in the community and will collaborate with hospitals and community providers to provide stability while supporting recovery. You Will: Provide supervisory coverage of Crisis and Respite Programs when on-duty. This includes provision of clinical and professional guidance to counselors and clinicians Provide on-call supervision of Crisis and Respite Programs as assigned Provide intake, psychiatric assessment services, and appropriate dispositions for clients experiencing a mental health emergency Facilitate intakes and assessments for clients that are referred for domiciliary supports Develop community contacts and coordinate the development of crisis plans and protocols for clients who frequently present in crisis and others as indicates Act as a liaison with community agencies, hospital departments and police departments. Your Background: Master\'s Degree in a mental health discipline as well as a clinical license (examples, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) are required. Five years of experience working with mentally ill populations including at least one year with supervisory responsibilities (preferred) Valid driver\'s license and vehicle Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
