GREENFIELD - Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Heating fuels team. Schedule Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm Starting pay \$18.50 hour / depending on experience Sandri Energy is a family-owned business with a proud history dating back to 1930. Our Mission is to provide exceptional heating fuel services while staying deeply connected to our community. As we continue to grow, we are committed to maintaining the values that have sustained us for generations. Key Responsibilities: -Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. -Accurately open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all data is correctly entered. -Process daily paperwork and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner. -Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing top-notch service.
