GREENFIELD - Commercial Banking Support Specialist JOB SUMMARY: The Commercial Banking Support Specialist performs professional level administrative support to the Commercial Banking Team. Assignments involve work of a confidential and/or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. The position is primarily responsible for input and management of the Bank\'s Commercial Loan Pipeline Management Software (Salesforce nCino) and administration of Commercial Appraisal and Environmental due diligence management. This role will need to maintain a productive working relationship with all Commercial Banking Team Members. Essential Functions: Serve in support of various functions required by the Commercial Banking Lending Staff. Responsible for data input to the Commercial Banking CRM (Salesforce nCino), and assessment and organization of supporting documentation for Commercial Loan requests. Manage all aspects of Appraisal and Environmental reporting workflow, ordering, and review. Keep accurate records and documentation of such and work with Commercial Loan Administration team to insure accurate reporting. Work with the Commercial Credit Officer and Commercial Portfolio Manager to develop and maintain reports as needed. Represent the Commercial Banking Department by reviewing correspondence, handling telephone and email communication, and responding to requests directed the Commercial Banking Team. May be required to take Minutes at Committee Meetings or other official meetings as needed. Maintain positive customer relations. Seek and recommend ways to positively impact the customer experience. Assist the Commercial Banking Team with referrals to other GSB business lines. Comply with Bank Policies and Procedures; Maintain confidentiality of customer and corporate non-public information. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: College Degree or Banking Experience Preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and task management skills. Able to work independently and as a member of a team often under significant time constraints. Ability to manage time efficiently. Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid US Driver\'s license required and able to freely travel without restriction.
