GREENFIELD - DIRECT HIRE - Application Engineer Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for an Application Engineer and a Senior Application Engineer to join their team! Your qualifications for the Application Engineer position are as follows: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or related field 1-3 years engineering experience, 5+ years\' experience for Senior Application Engineer Understanding of electric circuits/current flow, conductors and insulators Strong computer/technology skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Good technical writing skills Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems Benefits you will receive as the Application Engineer: Direct Hire position Full time schedule Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Application Engineer: \$68k- \$102k/year depending on skills and experience Senior Application Engineer: \$83k- \$124k/year depending on skills and experience Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability insurance Flex Spending/Health Savings accounts 401k with company match Employee Assistance Program Holidays and paid time off For the Application Engineer your duties will include: Collaborate with others for new product development Identify opportunities for product improvement Implement improvements to achieve optimum performance, design, quality, cost Provide technical support to other departments Participate in design review/corrective actions Communicate with customers regarding products Create reports as needed Senior Applications Engineer additionally leads team and manages projects Other duties as needed Are you an experienced engineer looking for a new opportunity with a high technology Franklin County company?
