GREENFIELD - Administrative Associate - Trust & Wealth Management Greenfield Savings Bank is looking for an ambitious administrative associate to help us expand our Trust and Wealth Management clientele. This position\'s duties include preparing reports and correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, ordering office supplies, maintaining the filing system and contact lists and providing general support to visitors. Ideally the person who fills this role will be positioned in the succession plan of the department. Preparation of regularly scheduled reports Preparation of trust correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain the filing system Order office supplies Maintain contact lists Mail monthly investment reports Coordinate mailing of birthday cards Provide audit support New account paperwork as needed Trust Operations backup Other duties as assigned Required skills & qualifications High school degree Strong time management, organization, and planning skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Experience in customer support Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Preferred skills and qualifications College degree or equivalent Greenfield Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
