GREAT BARRINGTON LOCATION ONLY A wellness team member provides efficient and friendly customer service while assisting customers seeking nutritional supplements, skin and body care, as well as other products. This includes assisting the wellness supervisor in creating and building attractive displays. Retail experience and health and supplement knowledge are preferred. Hours: This position is part-time. The times for this position are Sundays 10-6 and Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 2-7pm Pay: From \$16.00-17.25, commensurate with experience. Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to deliver product information as well as guide customers in their options in a respectable manner. - Make sure the customers are being taken care of and the department looks great at all times. - Ensures that all shelves and displays are properly stocked and front-facing. - Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking codes, rotating products, and removing out-of-date products. Following all stocker protocol. - Verifies correct department signage and pricing. - Answers department telephone calls and pages quickly and with excellent phone etiquette. - Maintain back stock and inventory in good order. Requirements: - Ability to follow instructions and procedures - A desire to learn about natural and organic products - Effective time management skills - Strong work ethic and integrity - Ability to collaborate and work closely with other team members - Standing for long periods of time with active work - Lifting (up to 30lbs) Guido\'s is a family-owned grocery and specialty market with two locations in the Berkshires.
