This part-time position consists of organizing and selling beverages, snacks, and artist merchandise, providing stellar customer service during Mahaiwe events. Reports to: House Manager Schedule: Variable; nights and weekends required Primary Responsibilities: - Organize and sell beverages, snacks, and artist merchandise, using Square point-of-sale system. Requirements: - Customer service experience - Cash handling experience - Availability nights and weekends - High interpersonal skills and ability to interact graciously with the public - Readiness to work in an environment that values and includes diverse group identities Additional Desirable Experience: - Experience working with communities of color, immigrant communities, non-English speaking communities, or communities with low income. - Ability to converse in Spanish or Portuguese - Knowledge and experience of working on an Apple iPad and Square POS system.
