Northfield Mount Hermon School Admission Assistant/Family Liaison in Gill, Massachusetts

GILL Admission Assistant/Family Liaison Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic self-starter to provide administrative support to the Admission Office. This position provides administrative assistance to the Admission Office and serves as part of the relationship coordination team to ensure a positive experience for prospective families. The purpose of this role is to support the operational functions of the admission process for families and provide administrative support to the Directors and Admission Counselors. This position acts as the initial point of contact for many prospective families and manages incoming phone calls and emails. Daily duties will include answering questions, scheduling appointments, and redirecting calls to others in the office or on campus as needed. Additional responsibilities include connecting Student Ambassadors with prospective families for on-campus tours and assisting with on-campus events. The successful applicant will have an Associate\'s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2-4 years of administrative support experience. Candidates must be able to process and hold confidential information and present a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, service-oriented office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and database software (preferably SchoolAdmin) is desired. Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being capable of working independently. Weekend work and overtime is occasionally required. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and embrace the opportunity to work with a diverse community in a boarding school environment.
