Bear Mountain Health Care REGIONAL RN / LPN PCC Specialist in Franklin, Massachusetts
FT RN or LPN that is well versed in Point Click Care Informatics for a Regional position based out of our Franklin MA Facility. This position will be the main contact regarding training, implementation, design, evaluation and questions and assistance with PCC -
Qualifications
•
BSN or higher degree in nursing
•
Active and unencumbered Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license
•
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
•
1+ years of experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
•
Experience with data analysis and reporting
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
•
Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of new healthcare information technology
•
Analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
•
Develop and implement clinical decision support tools and other resources
•
Provide training and support to nurses and other clinical staff on the use of healthcare information technology
•
Participate in research projects to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare information technology
