Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Technician to join our culture-driven team in Franklin, MA

Quality Assurance Tech

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00pm to 5:00am

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality assurance? We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to quality standards. You will manage the Material Rejection Report (MRR) system, maintain and calibrate analytical devices, and record and analyze test data. Additionally, you will troubleshoot quality issues, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality inspection and assurance.

• Ability to conduct thorough quality audits and implement corrective actions.

• 3-5 years of Quality Assurance & Quality Inspector experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capability.

• High school diploma required; 2-year technical degree in engineering technology or equivalent preferred.
