In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, providing comprehensive administrative and technical support. Key responsibilities include preparing polished sales presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. A significant aspect of this role involves utilizing advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, maintain accurate records, and support the sales team’s operational needs.
