    What you’ll do

The Corporate Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing the ServiceNow Platform within TJX IT. We are working to build the next generation of chatbots, machine learning powered workflows, and digitized business processes.

As Project Manager I in the ServiceNow team, you will join a dynamic and truly global team with accountability across the platform in defining and managing strategic roadmaps and priorities in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, IT Solution Delivery, and business stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities will be to take the lead on building a robust ServiceNow Community – a key pillar in our expansion plans across TJX. You will network extensively in IT and our business to ensure individuals and teams are collaborating, sharing stories of success, and learning together about the possibilities of digitization. In addition, you will have opportunities to shape the way we plan, build, and deliver value.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivering new capabilities that drive business results on one or more small to medium sized, moderately complex IT projects from initialization through project close

  • Leads project and/or program activities following defined methodology (SDP/SDLC) and reports on status to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time, within approved budget, and provides desired business value

  • Assigns and supervises multiple, concurrent tasks and properly assesses priorities of assigned activities and ensures integration of all dependent projects

  • Responsible for timely and effective project communications including stakeholder management and sponsor interactions, meeting management, and reporting

  • Complies with Sarbanes Oxley and PCI

  • Manages project change control process with business sponsor ensuring any requested changes to scope are reviewed to assess impact on schedule, cost and resources

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and to communicate business needs to the technical teams

  • Experience building strong relations with all levels in the organization and various business units

  • Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact

  • Adaptable and Agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with any with ServiceNow capabilities or functions

  • Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager

  • Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and presentation tools
