What you’ll be doing:
Under the general supervision of a Director, this position is responsible for understanding the internal customer’s business needs and requirements and providing talent solutions for delivering value. This role will support the implementation of a broad range of talent, leadership, diversity, engagement and organizational development services. This role will execute a talent plan that supports the business strategy.
Supports the organization’s success by aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Builds trusting relationships and understands the business to drive HR solutions to the business needs. Deploy a variety of solutions across Business unit or geographies in a way that are relevant and impactful:
Support the delivery of key talent management activities (e.g. Performance Management, Engagement, identification of critical/HIPO talent, top talent, 9 box, calibration etc.)
Learning & Development: support deployment of enterprise learning solutions to drive knowledge transfer and business impact; identify development opportunities (i.e. stretch assignments/action learning assignments) to support the development of the organization’s high potential talent
Competencies: in partnership with CoE/TADs help to identify competencies and needs for current and future capability needs within the business functions
Analytics: support the development, tracking and use of metrics to the COE/TADs team
Collaborate with HR/Business stakeholders to define project initiatives scope, objectives and deliverables
Ensure accurate submission of priorities each quarter for all business functions

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
4+ years progressive experience in Leader Development and/or Organization Development
