Inventory Associate

$30/hr - $32/hr

• Looking for an organized, detail-oriented contractor to manage the our clients inventory being sold from distribution warehouses: Can be done remotely, prefer local candidates.

• Record PO adjustments for our 3rd party provider

• Record inventory movements between 3rd party provider and Amazon warehouses

• Reconcile inventory between the 3rd party and clients inventory system

• Monitor client reporting for any adjustments to book in our inventory system

• Monitor customer returns to client for product disposition and reflect accordingly in our system

• Partner with the clients digital solutions) to automate processes

• Partner with client and tax team to provide inventory by state on a monthly basis

• Suggest process improvement ideas and implement controls to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy

Skills:

• 2+ years of related accounting experience, including data entry and strong MS Excel

• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Inventory reconciliation experience
