Our client, is seeking a HR Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Hr Operations Analyst you will be supporting campus recruiting and HR efforts . The ideal candidate MUST speak Mandarin and have 3-5 years support HR operations in a fast paced technology driven environment.

Job Title: HR Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Framingham, MA

Payrange: 30-38/hr on W2

Job Description

The Hr Operations Analyst will support the administrative needs of the recruiting team, including ownership of the staffing documentation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administrative needs of recruiting team, including document management and follow-up.

  • Support campus sourcing project and related tasks.

  • Ensure adherence to data entry standards and practices.

  • Identify process improvement areas and solutions.

  • Report on recruiting metrics that improve hiring efficacy and demonstrate ROI, including time to fill and pipeline evaluation; work with staffing team to determine areas of improvement.

  • Assist campus sourcing project and associated tasks.

  • Perform other HR assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in staffing with global technology companies and complex data environments.

  • Proficient in Mandarin speaking and writing

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite, particularly with Excel.

  • Self-starting, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to facilitate interaction with all levels of management.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
