Job summary:

The TJX Corporate Brand Team is responsible for development of corporate branding and materials which overarch all of our individual brands. Materials, programs, and initiatives supported by this team are designed to reach and engage global Associates and communicate both corporate and department business objectives. The Corporate Brand Designer is responsible for developing multi-channel campaigns that engage and inform TJX Associates at all level of the organization both in office and in the field. Designer will partner with Corporate clients such as HR, IT, I&D, etc. to ensure that campaigns are executed across a variety of platforms with a focus on digital including web, digital screens, print, email, etc., and ensure that the creative can be measured against overarching strategies. The Designer will collaborate closely with Creative Services team members in Design and Copywriting, as well as Project Management, Studio, and Production to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Develops creative that can be measured against overarching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, adapt, explore, and safeguard the TJX Corporate Brand and style guide

  • Concept and present campaign ideas to Corporate Brand Team members. Respond to feedback and make adjustments to designs within project timeline.

  • Collaborate to generate Corporate Brand Team-led campaigns that communicate key Business goals as well as engage and excite Associates

  • Occassionally, and with support, prepare presentation decks with multiple creative concepts and present to Corporate clients.

  • Assist Creative Service Manager with execution of campaigns, following set creative strategy but exploring different ways to present the visual concept on different platforms.

  • Partners with Creative Service Managers, Designers, Art Buyers, traffic, production, and studio to ensure consistency.

  • Assist in the quality check and approval process for all creative work before it is released to digital or print.

    Skills Required:

  • Fluent in InDesign.

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.

  • After Effects or other Motion Graphics skills a plus.

  • Social Media design experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to take Creative Direction.

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Collaborative and resilient.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious deadlines.

  • Positive attitude and ability to shift gears when the works requires it.

  • Understanding of and interest in marketing strategy.

    Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, or related field

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in design
