Advocates BH Services Community Liaison in Framingham, Massachusetts

Establish key relationships with community providers to promote Advocations services and develop collaborative partnerships.

Responsibilities
Act as a division liaison to external community partners
Market BH services, continuously learn about Advocates services and keep abreast of competition
Identify new referral sources and build relationships with existing community partners
Respond to customer service needs and monitor customer satisfaction
Maintain ongoing contact with key referral sources through presentations, meetings, phone calls, mailings and other outreach.
Manage a large base of diverse referral sources and understand each referral sources problems and needs
Conduct market research, analyze results and develop marketing plans for Advocates services that includes monthly referral goals
Has effective communicates skills and can adequately describes Advocates services and successes
Confidently provides well prepared presentations on Advocates services
Has established pattern of working independently, meeting deadlines and being responsible for actions
Possesses data management skills to be able to track, analyze and develop program goals using data
Collaborates with Advocates advancement team to ensure services are marketed to the community accurately and consistently
Completes internal education to Advocates programs around services offered to increase internal referrals
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Services or other related field
Superior public speaking skills and ability to conduct meetings and trainings.
Must have sensitivity to the needs of the population.
Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
Must have excellent presentation skills.
Must have strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office- PowerPoint and Excel required.
High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
