Description Robert Half is working with a client in the Higher Education field who is looking for an experienced Executive Administrator. This client is looking for someone who possesses strong detail oriented judgment, an ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as a willingness to be flexible and work through any opportunities that might come their way. A good understanding of time and calendar management as well as an ability to work on reporting and analysis of anything dealing with their department. System experience with Workday, Excel and PowerPoint will be critical. This client extends amazing benefits and are willing to be aggressive with compensation for the right candidate. • Hands-on experience with data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field

• Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• 3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience

• Knowledge of benefits contract language, or willingness to learn
