Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Framingham, Massachusetts, 01702, United States. The role will involve a variety of tasks including customer service, data entry, and office support duties. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries * Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive business relationship * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilizing QuickBooks and Google Suite * Coordinate and manage email correspondence with customers and internal teams * Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform various administrative tasks * Oversee printing and scanning tasks, ensuring documentation is properly archived * Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders and shipping labels * Provide administrative support to multiple teams, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations * Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth workflow * Answer phone calls professionally, redirecting or taking messages as necessary. Requirements: * Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word * Strong customer service skills are required * Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls is necessary * Must have excellent data entry skills * Ability to correspond via email professionally and efficiently * Must be able to schedule appointments and manage calendars * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
