The MENTOR Network Business Process and Data Director _ 3235 in Foxborough, Massachusetts

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a partner of The MENTOR Network, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

We are seeking an influential leader for this exciting new role who brings expertise in Business Process & Data Analysis to the team and will lead ADH in the adoption of best practices for improving processes through data. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing ability to capture quality metrics and measure outcomes through data analysis. Drives systems and process optimization and consistency across all operating states/units.

  • Advancing dashboarding and reporting capability for the business unit.

  • Enhancing acquisition integrations strategy for the business unit.

  • May be involved in development of new service delivery models.

  • Facilitating the identification of process improvements, testing and implementation of large and/or complex projects which often requires coordination of multiple functional areas.

  • Conducting needs and impact analysis on business requests searching for ways to link programs, processes, and systems throughout the organization to achieve optimal efficiency and reusability.

  • Considering how current organizational programs and systems will be impacted by future development.

  • Understanding the overall business vision and addressing or responding to specific requirements details.

  • Analyzing and providing recommendations on major projects and system enhancements to the decision makers.

  • Conducting data analysis.

  • Creating and providing technical training for deployed applications or assisting with user training.

  • Participating in the creation of system procedures, guidelines and technical documentation of new systems.

  • Maintaining expert level of business functional knowledge and current automated technologies.

  • Performing other related duties and activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Information Management, Computer Science or related field (preferred, not required)

  • Meaningful experience with business process optimization, data analysis, management consulting, and/or business systems analysis.

  • Exposure to large, complex IT projects.

  • Broad technical awareness coupled with strong business process design experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and requirements planning and management skills.

  • Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, building and developing effective business relationships.

  • Ability to understand and analyze complex business challenges and impact in order to provide informed and appropriate recommendations.

  • Ability to think conceptually using creative, comparative and inductive reasoning to apply to existing concepts or to define new concepts.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Dashboarding experience and skill
