Mandatory every Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm Location: Easthampton Office Position Summary: Handles various customer transactions in a courteous, professional, and accurate manner, while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers. Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance. Performs a variety of teller duties including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, cash advances, and issuing money orders and official checks. Operates and balances a cash drawer daily. Processes night deposit bags following bank guidelines. Participates in the balancing of ATMs. Creates awareness about bank products and services and refers customers to appropriate employees. Attempts to answer and/or resolve customer inquiries/problems. Protects the confidentiality of non-public personal information while maintaining a focus on fraud prevention. Maintains a working knowledge of the BSA requirements and related policies and procedures. Provides support to all branches. Other Responsibilities: Assumes additional responsibilities, as requested. Education, Experience, and Skills Required: The following skills, experience, or background are necessary (with or without accommodation) for this position. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in a customer service-related position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong aptitude in math. Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.
